Zadran also said that his team needs to improve their batting to have a chance against India at home. The hosts have called up players like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who are keen to prove their worth to the team ahead of the T20 World Cup.

“We have good spinners and seamers, but we need to improve our batting skills; we will try to be more aggressive in this area. We played wonderful cricket in the World Cup. Afghan people around the world expect us to do well,” he said.
