Zimbabwe will be hosting Sri Lanka for two tests towards the end of January. The first Test is scheduled from 19-23 January and the second one from 27-31 January, and both matches going to be played at the Harare Sports Club. This is Zimbabwe’s first assignment since their reinstatement as an ICC member in October 2019. Zimbabwe head coach Lalchand Rajput stated, that “Sri Lanka is always a very competitive team who have been playing well and I am looking forward to the Test series,”. “For us, it’s a new beginning, a new chapter, and it’s good that we are starting off with the long version which always brings the best out of players.”
