Derbyshire appoints John Wright as new president

Derbyshire cricket club has appointed the former New Zealand batsman John Wright as the new president, the announcement came on Wednesday. Harold Rhodes was the president since last year and now John Wright replaces him.

John Wright has captained New Zealand in 31 ODIs and 14 Tests, besides the coaching experience in both International and Domestic levels. John has also coached India in early 2000s.
