The wall of test cricket, Indian wicketkeeper-batsman, Rahul Dravid shared some amazing moments on Cricket Connected show that he still remembers. It was back in 2001 at Eden Gardens that the Indian team had wonderful support from fans and spectators, Dravid recalled.

The final day of the test match in 2001 at Kolkata had a great response from the crowd as that of the 1st day. With some cracking figures, India proved to have won the test match in an easy way. Rahul Dravid has scored 180 in the test while he had a long standing partnership with VVS Laxman.

Dravid on the Star Sports show further added that Harbhajan Singh was bowling after tea on the final day and wickets kept on falling. Then there occurred an echo from the spectators in the Eden Gardens stadium and is still remembered, Dravid recalls.

He said that the response gained is a real boost to other players in such a packed stadium. Dravid reckons the same kind of enthusiasm makes the current and future players to improve their play with all the support.
