As we know that Former New Zealand coach Mike Hesson is appointed as director of cricket operations for RCB. Hesson has conveyed his wishes to Ravi Shastri as he was appointed as Head Coach for India and also mentioned that there is a huge talent in India but as coaches what all we have to do is maximizing their talent, and he said he is going to maximize the talent in RCB players & he said he will create an environment where players can go & express themselves.
