Significant 10-wickets win for CSK after 3 straight losses

It was the Chennai Super Kings openers Shane Watson and Faf du Plessis who kept the watch ticking their way in the match held on 4th October. The opponent team Kings XI Punjab had scored 178 runs in the first innings of 18th match in IPL 2020.

CSK has taken on KXIP for the first time in this season and CSK recorded a 10-wicket victory. It was MI who lost to CSK in the first ever match of IPL 2020 after which CSK lost 3 matches in series against RR, DC, and SRH respectively.
