India’s young batsmen & Delhi Capitals Captain Shreyas Iyer conveyed that youngsters with good talent need more opportunities to prove themselves, if a player keep on coming in to the team & going out many times, then it will effect on his confidence, Shreyas felt that even the great talents need some time to prove themselves, so he wants BCCI management to provide more chances for talanted youngsters. He also mentioned that selection is not in player’s hands, but still performance is the only way to get a spot in the team.
